Picasso Printmaker

I found this exhibition of Picasso's prints truly inspirational! I loved his linocuts- using the marks as brush strokes, and loving the shapes of the bull fight. I loved the ethnigs - simple lines with tones from sugar lift. I loved the contrast between large empty spaces and detailed lines. I loved the black and white linocuts - like Matisse's cut outs. lots for me to try and experiment with. You don't need complex techniques to make amazing art. I love the contrasts.
